Please allow at least two working days for us to:
- Review your animal’s clinical records to confirm the medication or food is appropriate.
- Prepare the prescription or order items not in stock.
- Ensure everything is ready for you to collect.
Regular Check-Ups
To keep your animal healthy, they must see one of our vets at least every six months (or more often for new medications or doses). This allows us to:
- Check for any side effects.
- Confirm the treatment is still suitable or discuss new options.
- Weigh your animal to ensure accurate dosing.
- Fulfill legal requirements to ensure they remain under our care.
