Missed Appointments

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment please call us to let us know. Please give us as much notice as possible (ideally 24 hours).

We understand the nature of animals and that cats for example do not always return home when you expect them to, however we may charge a missed appointment fee of £25.45 plus VAT especially for appointments that are missed consecutively.

These slots cannot reasonably be filled at short notice.

All charges are at the discretion of the directors.
